Karin Brushmarker PRO Review

The Karin Brushmarker Pro is easily my favorite brush pen of all time. I own the original rainbow set and have been using them consistently for about a year. If I had to pick just one brush pen to keep, this definitely would be it!

These pens are extremely juicy, which makes them so fun to use. The ink is water-based and flows very freely, and the variation in flexibility is one of my favorite things about them. You can get anything from medium-sized lettering to much larger, more expressive pieces without feeling limited by the pen. They feel smooth and responsive, and the ink saturation is beautiful.

Overall, I would give the Karin Brushmarker Pro five stars. These are the pens I reach for when I want bold color and expressive lettering. Because the ink is so juicy, they are amazing for blending. I especially love using a Pentel Aquash Water Brush to blend colors together, and these pens make that process incredibly easy and satisfying.
The color range is also incredible. The largest MegaBox PLUS set comes with 72 colors, including both rainbow and neon shades, which gives you so much freedom when experimenting. The only real downside is that they smudge very easily. Even when I am careful, I almost always end up with ink stains on the sides of my hands. Aside from that, they are absolutely beautiful and, again, my favorite brush pens of all time.
